Vinay is a Civil Engineer with 25+ years of experience within the Petroleum Retail sector. His particular areas of experience include Designs of fuel systems (UPSS designs), project management of multiple fuel systems installations projects, managing repairs and maintenance of fuel systems, Contract Administration and Construction Management. Vinay has been involved in the Designs and Project Management of a variety of construction projects for; ExxonMobil, Shell, Caltex, RTA, United Petroleum and various other organisations. He has an excellent understanding of project financials and time constraints, risk management, project procurement and delivery, construction and occupational health & safety, and has shown his ability by delivering projects on time, on budget and to the quality standards of his clients Vinay is also accredited as a Dangerous Goods Consultant through AIDGC for Class 3 and Class 2.1 and has experience in conducting DG assessments, Site Compliance Audit, Hazardous Zones Classifications and other activities involved in the designs and maintenance of flammable, combustible and LPG storage and handling facilities.
