Tien commenced his career in Perth but has managed and been a Director of companies in Australia, Malaysia and the UK. Tien has significant exposure to managing engineering and fabrication of projects with a focus on providing solutions for seawater treatment, separation of oil, produced water treatment, and gas treatment. Tien is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) in the areas of Mechanical Engineering, Project Management and Leadership & Management and a Fellow of Engineers Australia. Possessing international business experience in Sales, Tendering, Project Director, HSE Management and General Management positions within the Oil and Gas industry, Tien has a versatile skill set with strong leadership and management characteristics. Tien has demonstrated the ability to build and manage complex organisations to achieve sustainable business success. In addition, Tien has built multi-disciplinary engineering teams in India and Korea, has successfully developed manufacturing facilities in China and project offices in Malaysia.
