I attach TWO completed Referee Statements from current Fellow (FAIDGC) members or Fellows of related organisations as approved by the Board of the AIDGC (e.g. IFE, EA, MIChemE).
I attach my CV, which provides evidence of significant individual responsibility, sustained achievement and exceptional professionalism, successful leadership and/or outstanding service/contribution to the dangerous goods consulting profession over an extended period (normally not less than 15 years).
I attach a Personal Statement of between 500-1000 words about why I feel I should be approved as a Fellow of the AIDGC, what I will bring to the AIDGC during my time as a Fellow (for example, involvement at Branch Level, SIG Support etc.) and what involvement I have had so far.
I attach my current Organisation Chart to illustrate where I am placed within my organisation.
I attach a record which gives details of the CPD I have completed in the last two years.
